Can every PDF be compressed to 100 KB?
Most image-heavy PDFs can. A document that is almost entirely high-resolution scans or many pages of photos may not reach 100 KB without becoming hard to read — text compresses very little because it is already small. If yours cannot hit 100 KB, split it and upload only the pages you need, or reduce the page count first.
Will the text still be readable at 100 KB?
